The Kinross Woolshed origins date back to the 1890's. Originally located in Holbrook, just North of Albury, in its day Kinross Woolshed was one of the busiest shearing sheds in Australia, with up to 43 stands in operation at one time. The building was relocated in 1988 and was reconstructed using original materials and retaining the authentic features. As it stands now, Kinross Woolshed is one of the most popular dining and entertainment venues on the Border as well as a must-see tourist destination for people visiting Albury Wodonga

Many of the music industry's biggest stars have performed at the Kinross including international '80s stars Belinda Carlisle and Rick Astley as well as Australian stars such as Jimmy Barnes, Vanessa Amorosi, Joe Cameliri, Diesel, Shannon Noll, The Whitlams, Lisa Mitchell, Jeff Lang and many many more. We are also recognised as the home of Country Music on the Border with the cream of Australian Country artists all appearing including Adam Brand, Beccy Cole, Adam Harvey, James Blundell, Gina Jeffrey's, the Sunny Cowgirls, the McClymonts, Jetty Road and even Chad Morgan.
